Building upon solid foundations, and now with the exciting addition of sports colleagues, the division will work collaboratively to create the conditions for student and academic success.    

What was your biggest achievement during your internship?  

I have particularly enjoyed the projects focused on updating the SharePoint site with comprehensive labour market information for Asia-Pacific countries and creating detailed guides on how to find jobs in these regions for international students. These tasks allowed me to apply my research skills and creativity to develop useful resources that will directly benefit students. Additionally, the process of gathering and organizing relevant information helped me gain a better understanding of the diverse job markets across different countries. 

Were there any challenges during your internship and if so, how did you overcome these? 

The support from my manager, Pauline, has been instrumental in overcoming these challenges. Her guidance and feedback have been incredibly helpful in refining my work. Additionally, having access to more advanced data analysis tools and resources could further enhance the quality of the content I produce.  

What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?   

  • To improve my job prospects by expanding my CV and what I can draw upon in interviews. 
  • To gain experience and knowledge within a specific occupation or field. 
  • To earn money.
