What was your biggest achievement during your internship?
Communication between the team was very disjointed with all the team having multiple jobs and very little time to touch base, resulting in us doing work which didn’t need to be done/ they had already completed.
Were there any challenges during your internship and if so, how did you overcome these?
Not fully understanding elements of a laboratory process which was overcome by speaking to experienced technicians and becoming practised in lab procedures.
What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?
- To improve my job prospects by expanding my CV and what I can draw upon in interviews.
