How has your intern made a positive contribution?
As part of our team of interns, Jake provided first-line technical support for the university’s digital teaching tools to a consistently high standard. Jake led on providing new support routes for staff, including a new drop-in bookings system for staff and created high-quality written and video training resources. Jake also assisted in a major ‘migration’ project moving content onto our new Learn. Exeter platform and enhanced the migrated course content for an external online audience.Ā
