How has your intern made a positive contribution?

Eliza completed all the objectives and tasks that we had needed help with and then went on take on further work in various areas of the organisation. Eliza worked for three different teams within the organisation (two more than originally planned) and was a huge help for all the teams. They were always willing and ready to learn new skills.

Feedback:

It’s been a really good experience. I was concerned that there might be a lot of admin/paperwork involved with an internship, which would take away from the value that an intern would bring to the organisation. However, this was not the case at all – the process has been really simple and efficient.
