It is one of the top 150 universities in the world and ranked among the top 15 universities in the United Kingdom. The university offers exciting courses in beautiful and historic surroundings. It is a member of the UK\u2019s prestigious Russell Group of leading research universities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What was your biggest achievement on your internship?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My biggest achievement was improving my teamwork&nbsp;skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Were there any challenges and how did you overcome these?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding different tasks at times was challenging. I overcame this challenge through effective communication with my manager and other team members working on the project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To gain experience and knowledge within a specific occupation or field.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To build new connections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To improve my job prospects by expanding my CV and what I can draw upon in interviews.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As a result of my internship\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I have improved my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>My job prospects have improved by expanding my CV and what I can draw upon in&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;interviews.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I have learned more about the skills I need and the options available to me in the future.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I have developed specific skills that could help me in the future.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>My overall confidence has increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>During the internship&#8230;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I received learning and development opportunities which could be helpful for my career (e.g., online courses, research development or mentoring).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I was able to complete the tasks assigned to me.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I received regular feedback from my manager\/supervisor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Overall, this internship has been a positive experience.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Would you recommend this internship scheme to other students? <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, I would recommend this internship scheme to other students because it&nbsp;helps you develop interdisciplinary skills you will need in the future as well as supporting your overall performance in your academic studies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Name of Student: Francesca Mignogna&nbsp;&nbsp;
