All participants, including presenters, have to register for the conference. Paper submission<\/a>\/acceptance is not considered as registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration follows a 2-step procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Pay the conference fee through the Exeter Online Store:

    The registration deadline<\/a> for presenters is April 20, 2026. For non-presenting attendees it is May 31, 2026. We reserve the right to close registration early if we reach our capacity limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The registration fee includes access to all keynote and parallel sessions<\/a>, lunches, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception<\/a>. Thanks to our sponsors<\/a>, we are able to offer a significant fee reduction for PhD students. The reduced fees are available until the registration deadline for presenters on April 20, 2026. Registration for the conference dinner<\/a> at an additional charge is optional. Travel and accommodation<\/a>, as well as optional social\/cultural activities, are not included and need to be arranged by the participants themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Subject to availability, we might be able to offer a limited number of tickets for the welcome reception and\/or conference dinner for accompanying persons. Please indicate your interest in this option on the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Furthermore, we might be able to provide a limited number of registration fee waivers or financial travel support to presenters. If you require financial support, please submit an application together with your paper submission<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
