Dr Diana Tingley has a PhD in Fisheries and Marine Economics and Management. She has a specialism in Impact Development and Evaluation Specialist (South West Partnership for Environment, Economics and Prosperity SWEEP project; 2018-2023). She has worked as a Senior Research Fellow (Cemare, University of Portsmouth, 2001-2008), in consultancy (1995-2001) and on secondment to government (Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, Cabinet Office (2003-4) and the Northern Ireland Fisheries Department (2005)). She also works as an artist (photography, printmaking and ceramics) and teaches ceramics.
She works on this project as both Business Fellow and Project Manager.
