Dr Jorge Campos González is an Agricultural Economist, with a PhD in Agricultural, Environment and Food Economics (Uni. of Reading, UK), MSc in Agricultural Economics (Pontificia Uni., Chile) and BSc in Agronomy (Uni. de Concepcíon, Chile).
He was Agricultural Economist at the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile (2009-2011) and, Economist and Head of the Department of Information Analysis at the Ministry of Social Development of Chile (2012-2017).
His professional-academic interests centre around agricultural and non-agricultural economic modelling, labour, technological change, automation impacts on agriculture, and social and agricultural policy design and evaluation, among others.
