But human rights, by their nature, are supposed to apply to everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The response was co-signed by Tariq Al Sabahi, Charlie Anderson, David Barrett, Charlotte Bishop, Hilal Cibik, Catherine Dupr\u00e9, Richard A.
