It is an essay writing competition open to all students registered with UK higher education institutes, pupil barristers and trainee solicitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than \u00a310,000 of prizes are on offer to the six finalists, plus the prospect of having their entry read by senior members of the judiciary, as well as a senior editor of The Times. In addition, the winning essay will be published in The Times.
