Topics will include Biodiversity Net Gain, and the emerging Rights of Nature movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day will feature presentations from <a href=\"https:\/\/greenfuturessolutions.com\/profile\/professor-kevin-gaston\/\">Professor Kevin Gaston<\/a> (Exeter University), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/tom-brenan-06a92328\/?originalSubdomain=uk\">Tom Brena<\/a>n (Environmental Law Foundation) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.larcomes.co.uk\/david-sumner\/\">David Sumner (Larcomes Legal Limited)<\/a>.
