It has been our pleasure to welcome over 100 visitors from Thailand\u2019s Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission to Exeter Law School. They recently joined us for lectures by Dr Raphael Girard, Dr David Yuratich, Dr Costantino Grasso, Prof. Richard Moorhead and Dr I-Ju Chen, covering a variety of topics including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The different facets of corruption as well as its ethical dimension<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Regulating anti-corruption in the private sector and industry compliance standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Institutional and procedural aspects of anti-corruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The role of international standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Case studies around misconducts of justice and the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The opportunities for collaboration between countries and the role of international law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
This sharing of expertise and knowledge will enable the Commission to further develop its own anti-corruption ethics, policies and best practices in their professional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
