The Cyber Law Toolkit has been created by experts at the <a href=\"https:\/\/law.exeter.ac.uk\/\">University of Exeter Law School<\/a> with support from partners around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award recognizes, on an annual basis, the best non-commercial online public databases, data sets, or other resources offering coverage of international and non-U.S. laws that are accessible for public use. The Toolkit will join an illustrious <a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.asil.org%2Fsites%2Fdefault%2Ffiles%2Fdocuments%2FJus%2520Gentium%2520Award_0.pdf&amp;data=05%7C02%7CS.Miller%40exeter.ac.uk%7Cd9ae0d6cb2574dddaade08dd6b849162%7C912a5d77fb984eeeaf321334d8f04a53%7C0%7C0%7C638784939349405164%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=GzSmAgFoRbJI04XILRJqSf%2FKRwu34Kh6XO8kD4GdNzs%3D&amp;reserved=0\">list of previous prize recipients<\/a> including the ICRC\u2019s Customary IHL Database, the United Nations Digital Library, and the ICC Legal Tools Database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the University of Exeter, the project is supported by the five partner institutions: the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nukib.cz\/en\/\">Czech National Cyber and Information Security Agency<\/a>&nbsp;(N\u00daKIB), the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icrc.org\/\">International Committee of the Red Cross<\/a>&nbsp;(ICRC), the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ccdcoe.org\/\">NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence<\/a>&nbsp;(CCDCOE), the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/usnwc.edu\/Research-and-Wargaming\/Research-Centers\/Stockton-Center-for-International-Law\">U.S. Naval War College<\/a>, United States, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.whu.edu.cn\/\">Wuhan University<\/a>, China.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>I am proud to see the collective effort behind the Toolkit acknowledged by one of the world\u2019s leading international law societies. Each scenario contains a description of cyber incidents inspired by real-world examples, accompanied by detailed legal analysis.
