As quantum computing progresses from theoretical models to practical applications, its implications for commercial law are becoming increasingly significant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantum technologies are already shaping areas such as <strong>investment strategies, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance<\/strong>. Yet, legal frameworks have yet to fully address the unique challenges and opportunities posed by quantum computing. This seminar provides a platform for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and industry professionals to discuss emerging issues and explore innovative legal approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite submissions on any topic related to quantum technology and commercial law. Areas of particular interest include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Quantum-inspired legal theories and their application to commercial law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact of quantum computing on contracts, transactions, and dispute resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory frameworks for quantum technology in financial and corporate sectors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethical and security considerations in quantum-based commercial applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantum technology\u2019s role in reshaping global trade and investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome both <strong>completed research and works in progress<\/strong>, with an emphasis on fostering discussion and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite submissions from academics (including postgraduate researchers), legal practitioners, and policymakers.
