The award recognises the School&#8217;s commitment to achieving gender equality, and our readiness to address issues that have been identified through our work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Law School signed up to the Athena Swan principles in September 2022, and submitted its application in November 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This work will continue in the years to come, as we implement our action plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The University in general and the Law School in particular is committed to social justice and this award recognises the work we have undertaken to advance&nbsp;equality and social justice within the Law School. As part of the award, we now have a clear action plan for concrete, measurable actions that we can take to further improve gender and disability equality in the Law School.
