Dr Costantino Grasso<\/a><\/u><\/strong>, Associate Professor of Law, has written a new article, \u201cEnabling Injustice: SLAPPs, Democratic Values, and the Price of Truth<\/a>,\u201d which is now in the Buffalo Law Review (Vol. 73, Issue 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article addresses Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs) from a comparative and international perspective, covering developments in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, with particular attention to the current legislative framework in England and related reform proposals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
