Book your free academic writing tutorial with the Law School\u2019s resident Royal Literary Fund Fellows Roland Chambers and Meredith Miller.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year Exeter Law School has the privilege of hosting TWO Royal Literary Fund (RLF) Fellows, Roland Chambers and Meredith Miller<\/strong>. They are professional writers and editors who are in the Law School two days every week to help students, from first years to postdocs, improve their academic writing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roland and Meredith offer 1:1 academic writing tutorials for up to 50 minutes (free and confidential), with bespoke sessions focusing on particular aspects of your written communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possible topics might include essay planning and structuring your argument; how to make a draft clearer and more economical; rewriting and editing; \u2018writer\u2019s block\u2019; or even just understanding an essay question \u2013 whatever you, in conversation with Roland or Meredith, think would be most helpful. These sessions are intended to be useful however good your writing is. (Please note that this service is only available to students currently living in the UK. It is not suitable for those who require specialised English language help (eg TEFL, EAP), who should seek assistance from the University.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roland holds sessions in Amory on Thursdays and Fridays. Meredith holds sessions online (video call) on Mondays and Tuesdays. To arrange your tutorial, please email: roland.chambers@rlfeducation.org.uk<\/strong><\/a> or meredith.miller@rlfeducation.org.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
