Purpose of the Role This internship is designed to provide a student with the opportunity to learn and assist in research on the governance of AI in specific sectors, including health and medicine, genomics and genetics, and related issues of policy, including broader issues of governance. The internship will also provide the opportunity to assist in identifying relevant institutions, activities, and programs internationally. The successful candidate will also engage with the identification and analysis of ethical issues and regulation theory.

The Risk function is based in London and Paris and is a key part of Ardian’s group control functions. The London Team are responsible for managing risks in its non-EU entities – UK, Jersey, Switzerland, US, Chile, Japan, China, Korea and Singapore.

We are looking to host 10 students across our Bristol, Exeter and Southampton offices. You will get to work with fee earners in the business, speak to our trainees and really get to understand what makes Foot Anstey different and what we look for in our trainee solicitors.
