Larger Bodies in Radiography (LBinRAD)

Larger Bodies in Radiography (LBinRAD)

Experiences of patients living in larger bodies, and how we improve services

Take Part!

There are many ways you can be involved in the research, though recruitment for these varying roles may change depending on the phase of the study.

Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE)

PPIE is distinct from being a research participant. PPIE is about carrying out research with people, rather than it being something done to them. We are currently recruiting people to be part of our PPIE ‘Bank’ (a bit like a mailing list) who are willing to take part in a range of different activities.

Find out about joining the Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Bank here:

Join our PPIE Bank using this form: https://forms.office.com/e/NKkwHFzQDs

Or if you have any questions, contact our PPIE Lead, Fay (f.manning2@exeter.ac.uk).

Partners and Collaborator Groups

Whilst not recruiting for these yet, we will as some point be recruiting for Partners and Collaborator Groups (may have previously been referred to as ‘stakeholder’ groups, though language updated for inclusivity). These groups will be open to a professional working in UK radiography (medical imaging and radiotherapy) delivery, management, policy or education.

Watch this sport for news of opportunities for involvement.

Research Participation

We are currently not recruiting any research participants. Future recruitment for participants will be listed here as well as through our social media channels.
