Das Projekt wird von folgenden Fragen geleitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Welche Sprachen bringen Lernende mit in die Berufsbildung?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie entwickeln und ben\u00fctzen Lernende ihre Sprachen w\u00e4hrend der Berufsbildung?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welche Rolle spielen Sprachen in der sprachlichen Sozialisation von Lernenden in unterschiedlichen Berufen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie sieht eine angemessene sprachliche Bildung in der beruflichen Grundbildung aus?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wir untersuchen diese Fragen anhand einer Fallstudie in der Schweiz und Liechtenstein und machen praxis-orientierte Empfehlungen.<\/strong> Siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.exeter.ac.uk\/m-voc\/reports-and-surveys\/\">Bericht<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Mehrsprachigkeit als Humankapital wird in der Schweiz und im F\u00fcrstentum Liechtenstein einerseits auf nationaler und politischer Ebene und andererseits auch aus gewerblicher und industrieller Sicht vor allem in Kaderpositionen oft ein grosser Stellenwert beigemessen. \u00dcber die Rolle der Sprachen f\u00fcr interne Arbeitsbeziehungen in Werkst\u00e4tten, auf Baustellen oder in gewerblichen Betrieben sowie in entsprechenden Berufsausbildungen ist jedoch kaum etwas bekannt. Es gibt beh\u00f6rdliche Weisungen, welche die bed\u00fcrfnisgerechte F\u00f6rderung der Mehrsprachigkeit f\u00fcr alle Berufsgruppen empfehlen. The project is guided by the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>What languages do learners bring with them to vocational education and training (VET)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do learners develop and use their languages during VET?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What role do languages play in the linguistic socialisation of learners in different occupations?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does appropriate language education look like in VET programmes?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We explore these questions using a case study in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and make practical recommendations.<\/strong> see <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.exeter.ac.uk\/m-voc\/reports-and-surveys\/\">report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, great importance is often attached to multilingualism as human capital, on the one hand at the national and political level, and on the other hand also from an economic and industrial perspective, especially in management positions. However, little is known about the role of languages for team-work internally in workshops, on construction or production sites, and in associated apprenticeships respectively. There are official directives that recommend the needs-based fostering of multilingualism for all professional groups.
