They learned about the history of this magnificent building, and especially enjoyed seeing some of the carved figures dotted across the site. Among others, there is a Green Man, the Tumbler Corbel (which depicts an acrobat who worshipped the Virgin Mary by tumbling!), and the exquisite clock that still accurately tracks the phases of the moon.
