Unless I am mistkaen, there are many of us who are regular genealogical researchers, so I assume quite a few of you have subscriptions to Ancestry ? If so I’ll just comment that i am finding it very helpful to bring up the Ancestry images of the pages I am transcribing for double-checking some words; finding those letters hidden under numbers in the middle of a line or at the end; or just generally helping me to decipher some words. Their images are not as good as ours, but they are mostly reasonably clear
I expect you know how to reach the PCC wills database – but in case not go to ‘Search; Card Index and type in Prerogative and up will come the link You can then use names found in your pages to find that will.
And of course you can get the wills for free these days from Discovery (TNA website). Sometimes easier to find there, if Ancestry have made a pig's ear of the testator's name. (And they're on TheGenealogist too, I rarely have a sub too but can see e.g. at Family History Centres. Images less easy on the eye but mostly clearer than those on Ancestry or Discovery.
