Then for each document you need to enter the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/universityofexeteruk.sharepoint.com\/sites\/MathematicsandStatisticsAdmin\/Shared%20Documents\/Maths%20Local%20Web%20Info\/Maths%20Local%20Documents\/Maths%20Staff%20-%20Print%20Codes.pdf?CT=1739276187476&amp;OR=ItemsView\">staff cost code<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/universityofexeteruk.sharepoint.com\/sites\/MathematicsandStatisticsAdmin\/Shared%20Documents\/Maths%20Local%20Web%20Info\/Maths%20Local%20Documents\/Maths%20PGR%20-%20Print%20Codes.pdf?CT=1739276071283&amp;OR=ItemsView\">PGR cost code<\/a>&nbsp;before hitting print (in the bottom right corner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeter.ac.uk\/departments\/communication\/communications\/print\/\">Using Print Services<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Print Serivces team are skilled in using the latest&nbsp;digital equipment to provide you with high quality products in a wide variety of paper types and finishes. You can order your products online via the onine service of POD.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reducing Waste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that we reduce our print charges. The first way to do this is to only print\/copy when absolutely necessary. Please ensure you always print\/copy double sided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting a printing problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All the machines are monitored by Xerox remotely and they will be able to tell if a machine requires toner or consumables, is jammed or has a fault that requires an engineer.
