The panellists will share views and perspectives on diverse career paths for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) \u2014 challenges, opportunities, and practical realities. They will provide a variety of perspectives from different career stages, from recent award holders to established senior academics. You\u2019ll have the chance to submit questions when you <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/e\/cPcMMrhtPe\">sign up<\/a>, so the conversation speaks directly to what matters most to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/e\/cPcMMrhtPe\">Sign up <strong>for free <\/strong>by 15 June<\/a>, regardless of whether you are attending the BMC-BAMC events or not.
