They joined in April 2018 with the support of the Headquarters and Officer in Charge at Naivasha Maximum who enabled two experienced prison welfare officers to visit and&nbsp;provide insight, training and empowerment for both the inmates and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially there has been&nbsp;an intake of 15 Mindful&nbsp;trainees \u2013 inmates&nbsp;who have the fuel, excitement and passion to be on this Mindfulness journey&nbsp;and who&nbsp;then further grow and develop the programme, training more and more inmates. The exciting start of a great journey.
