It was established in 1964 and is edited by a board of PhD Candidates. The journal is published on an annual basis, both online on an open-access basis and in print for a subscription, and publishes original research and reviews of scholarship on all aspects of the ancient world, including literature, ancient history, philosophy, Classical reception, art and material culture. It also provides a publishing outlet for creative works, including poetry and artwork, as well as publishing updates from the Classics, Ancient History, Religion and Theology Department at Exeter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For alumni and former staff members,\u00a0<em>Pegasus<\/em> is a great way of staying in touch with the Department and keeping up with departmental news.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Past issues have included research articles, academic reviews, transcripts of the Jackson Knight Memorial Lectures delivered at the University of Exeter, contests, crosswords, artwork and poetry.
