4 May 2022The Wellbeing Week will run from Monday 16th May – Friday 20th May and will be based out of the Amory building in room A239C. Wellbeing activities will include Hand Reflexology, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation sessions, plus Art and Clay Seed Bomb workshops. We hope that these activities will provide students with a creative break from revision – an opportunity to step away from their laptops for 45 minutes and recharge through activities that relieve stress and promote good mental health. For those not physically on campus, there will be some sessions offered remotely so the students can join in at a suitable time.
Sessions will be run at regular intervals throughout each day between 10am – 4pm and are completely free to attend by students. They will be offered as a walk-up service so there is no need to book anything – students may simply show up to any sessions they would like to attend. Staff are welcome to attend also.
