Over time, an expanding circle of love, gratitude and generosity has developed. This stands in stark contrast &#8212; as well as an antidote &#8212; to a culture where alienation and loneliness are rampant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And anyone can do this.
