The economic, environmental and social impacts might include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>creating more space for nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing learning and training opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supporting local businesses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing affordable housing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The research project will measure the economic, environmental and social impacts using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>a review of existing reports and research involving Clinton Devon Estates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a survey of Clinton Devon Estates stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interviews with Clinton Devon Estates\u2019 stakeholders and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Cost Benefit Analysis of the estates\u2019 activity to measure its social value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/clintondevon.com\/\">Clinton Devon Estates<\/a>&nbsp;asked researchers from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeter.ac.uk\/research\/centres\/crpr\/\">the Centre for Rural Policy Research<\/a>, University of Exeter to carry out this research so it is independent, impartial and robust.
