He is currently undertaking his PhD researching into corporate groups and the influence of their power on wider stakeholders. Prior to this he completed his LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law and his LLB at Nottingham Law School.<\/p>\n<p><b>Research Interests<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Peter is interested in the role corporations play within society and how New Technologies can shape the future of governance. His PhD focuses on the inclusion of wider stakeholders for a more pluralist conception of the company. His most recent work considers ways in which Technology could be implemented into the boardroom. He is interested in exploring further the ways in which technology can successfully utilized in the corporate context to mitigate for recent \u2018short-termism\u2019 outlooks.<\/p>\n<p>Current research interests include corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and artificial intelligence and the law.<\/p>\n<p><b>Select Outputs<\/b><\/p>\n<p>J.
