On November 12th 2024 joining OSINT practitioners from across academia, industry and the Armed Forces at The Changing Character of War Centre, Pembroke College, Oxford University, Frances was able to bring her long-standing defence and intelligence background to help shape deliberations. The aim of the workshop was to provide the Army with a common understanding of OSINT and what intelligence can realistically datamine from OSINT now and in the future. Much work still be to be done in this space.
