It can be tricky to do research without ending up conforming to specific trends or narratives that are happening in one\u2019s academic ecosystem. The transdisciplinary nature of this series allowed me to see alternative ways to talk and think about the research questions I am interested in<\/em>.<em>&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We explored different aspects of human consciousness as well as the paradoxical utility of labels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe neurodiversity talk made me think more about consciousness materiality and brain chemistry in interesting and generative ways.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants left with food for thought and a desire to continue the conversations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em> \u201cI think it&#8217;s fantastic how much ground we covered in 4 sessions.
