Tech-and-Life Pal helped our older participants gained greater familiarity with digital devices and their features, such as using QR codes and making online appointments. One participant shared, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt has helped me be a little bit more independent and not so reliant on [others \u2026] I do feel more confident\u201d <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

while another noted, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the practical benefits, the program also fostered meaningful connections between generations. Older participants expressed their appreciation for forming relationships with younger students, with one stating, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am very happy to build connections with the younger generation [\u2026 my partner and I] have already exchanged emails and phone numbers, so I think we will be keeping in touch,\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

and another reflecting,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
