A session was held for all technical services staff on 5th February outlining our proposed operating model. Academics were also invited to short update sessions on the proposed overall model for technical services.

This operating model will show what the community of technical services will look like, where the focus will be, the overall management structure and how the service works across the University’s colleges and campuses. The next phase will be to define specific organisation charts and roles.
