A session was held for all technical services staff on 5th<\/sup>\u00a0February outlining our proposed operating model.\u00a0 A copy of this presentation is now available\u00a0Technical services review<\/a>, along with a recording of the session at Streatham<\/a>\u00a0and Penryn<\/a>. You can also find out more about Exeter’s Transformation Programme and new ways of working by visiting the\u00a0Transformation website.<\/a><\/p>\n

Academics\u00a0were also\u00a0invited to short update sessions on the proposed overall model for technical services.<\/p>\n

Streatham – Tuesday 3rd March 14.00 – 15.00, Streatham Court D, video conference to St Luke’s Baring Court 114<\/strong><\/p>\n

This operating model will show what the community of technical services will look like, where the focus will be, the overall management structure and how the service works across the University\u2019s colleges and campuses.\u00a0 The next phase will be to define specific organisation charts and roles.<\/p>\n
