Tools for Schools
Who we are:
We are a research project based at the University of Exeter, College of Medicine and Health, funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). Our research focuses on ADHD interventions in school-based settings.
What we do:
The Tools for Schools project aims to develop a toolkit for school-staff to use with children with traits of ADHD in Primary schools. There will be different modules of the toolkit, that map on to different problems that are common for these children. In the first two years of the project, the toolkit will be developed. In the next three years, the toolkit will be refined and adapted based on feedback from trying it out in eight Primary schools in the South West of England.
