The Accommodation Guarantee
Applications for accommodation in the 2023/24 academic year open on Monday 3rd April 2023. We try to offer as many students as possible a place in accommodation, but due to the amount of bed spaces we have available, this isn’t always possible. However, if you meet our guarantee criteria and apply by the given deadlines you can be reassured that you will be offered accommodation with us.

How are rooms allocated?
The order in which we process undergraduate applications who meet the guarantee criteria is randomised, but we consider your accommodation preferences from your application to try to get the right fit for you.
If you are a postgraduate student or one semester exchange student then applications are processed in date order or receipt.
