If you are a first year undergraduate joining us this September and are still looking for accommodation, don’t forget to contact the Accommodation Office and let us know if you are still looking for a room or whether you have found a room within the private sector.
We are receiving enquiries about your accommodation fees and when they need to be paid. Please ensure that you have read the webpages provided by the Student Fees Team for information. It is also worth taking a glance at the accommodation payment due dates to see when your accommodation fees need to be paid and how long you are given to pay.
Now for those of you who have asked about how you are able to print your arrival information ready for Arrivals Weekend, please see the guide on how to do this below:
- In order to print information for your arrival time, you will need to click on ‘Arrival Time Booking’ on the main homepage of your accommodation account.
- From here, you can see your arrival time. Please click on ‘view’ to see the time that you have chosen. You should be able to scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on ‘Print Arrival Info’.
- If this does not work, please return to the screen where you can ‘view’ your chosen arrival time. From this, you will need to scroll to the bottom and click ‘Change Time Slot’.
- A new screen will open up but you do not need to change your arrival time. You will be able to ‘check in’ from here and print the arrival information which shows on your screen.
