Lived Experience Advisory Group

The Lived Experience Advisory Group will be an important part of the research project. The group will consist of autistic people who have had a breast cancer diagnosis and who have finished hospital treatment and will be involved throughout the 3 year project to advise and ensure that autistic people are listened too.

For the different work packages, the Lived Experience Advisory Group will co-design the questions being asked and ensure they are being asked in the right way. They will also be involved in deciding what will be produced in the guidelines for healthcare professionals and recommendations for autistic people going through treatment.

If you are interested in learning more about the Lived Experience Advisory Group or being part of it, please view the Info Sheet or Easy Read Information Sheet for further details.
