Containing Pregnancies Research Project

Containing Pregnancies Research Project

Take part in the research

Have you had experience of the cervical stich (cerclage) when trying to have a baby in England in the last 10 years?

Could you share your thoughts with me?

This would involve an in-person or online conversation with me about your reproductive life, and how the cervical stitch fits into this. I would like to hear a wide range of experiences, including those of non-pregnant partners. I would ask about your experience and about your wider thoughts about the role of pregnancy in making new persons.

The conversation would be recorded, but you can choose to be completely anonymous.

If you might be able to take part, please contact me, Aimee, on

a.l.middlemiss@exeter.ac.uk

I am also interviewing NHS staff in selected locations, and national stakeholders whose professional role involves the cervical stitch. Please get in touch for more information.
