Abstract submission

We invite submission of abstracts for poster and oral presentations. Available talk slots are limited but attendees submitting a talk abstract that is not selected will have the opportunity to present in a poster session. We will select abstracts for talks and notify attendees by April 30th. Full details of format for talks (likely to be 10-12 minutes) and posters will be provided at this time.

Please complete the conference registration before submitting an abstract. Abstracts submitted without a confirmed registration will not be considered.

In the abstract submission form we ask you to indicate up to 2 conference themes you feel your abstract is aligned with. This does not guarantee which session you will be in, but it will help us with the planning.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 1 2026 at noon (UK time). Abstracts must be 250 words or less (excluding title).
