Frequently Asked Questions

TIDE has a cohort of circa.50 colleagues each year. The colleagues invited onto the programme are a representative pool of our Professional Services.

All colleagues up to and including Grade E are eligible to apply for TIDE. In some circumstances such as secondments, colleagues that have already started TIDE may now be a grade F.

TIDE is a unique programme that ensures all of it’s participants have access to training, resources, opportunities to expand their knowledge and skillsets, as well as a network of similar-minded colleagues across the business.

We endeavour to make TIDE as inclusive as possible and sessions are never planned in the same cadence to ensure that no colleague misses a huge amount of activity. We host sessions both online via Teams and in-person, including activities at each of our campuses throughout the year.

The TIDE community is also a great opportunity to provide notes for each other and work together to catch up on any missed sessions.

All progress is tracked through a personal ‘Completion Log’ which is to be filled in by the individual. This is provided to you with a session on how to use it effectively. If the ‘Completion Log’ is not completed by the individual, you will not be able to finish the programme.
