The research team will work together to:
1. Co-produce a final evidence-informed implementation guide and training for Local Authorities who want to introduce the new SFGC pathway;
2. Support Local Authority partners to run a national half-day conference to share lessons learned;
3. Hold a series of feedback workshops for participating Local Authorities to inform changes to the implementation guide and programme theory regarding how to enable uptake and embedding on the new SFGC pathway;
4. Write academic articles and a final report to share findings.
