Come and work with the research team!
The research team are advertising a role for a research assistant to work alongside us on the Safeguarding Family Group Conferencing study (https://sites.exeter.ac.uk/fgcstudy/). The study is led by Lorna Stabler in CASCADE, Cardiff University, and is a collaboration with University of Exeter Medical School.
The role is part time (3.5 days a week, flexible hours) and involves being embedded in a local authority site in London 2 days a week (so would mainly suit someone based in London).
It is a great opportunity for a practitioner who wants to gain research experience while keeping a link into practice. It would also suit PhD researchers coming to the end of their study / studying part time who want to build their experience in social work research.
We actively welcome people with lived experience of social work who meet the role criteria to apply, and you will be supported to do so and in your role.
There is a lot of scope with this role to make it your own, and you will be given opportunities to develop your own ideas and research interests.
Apply here by the 28th July: https://krb-sjobs.brassring.com/TGnewUI/Search/home/HomeWithPreLoad?partnerid=30011&siteid=5460&PageType=JobDetails&jobid=2088906…
