▪ What are our dissemination plans for the outcomes of our project?
At the end of the study we will produce a study newsletter which we will send to participants if they wish and also upload it to the study website. The findings will be presented at scientific meetings and to policymakers and published in academic journals. At the end of the study we will hold a meeting for participants where we will present the results of the research.
▪ How could our findings be put into practice or developed after completion of the project?
We will use our findings from the observations and interviews about the intervention to make any further improvements needed before proceeding to a full trial. If the pilot trial is successful we will apply to the National Institute for Health Research for funding for a full trial. If the full trial is successful then we will work with health service commissioners to ensure that our new intervention is introduced in the NHS.
