Models of Care for people living with Multiple Long-Term Conditions
Research priority setting
Research priority-setting
A robust research prioritisation exercise is a crucial step for setting out tractable questions that can be investigated through new research.
Address the current lack of information on the research priorities relating to models of care for
(i) people living with Multiple Long-Term Conditions (MLTC)
(iii) practitioners
(ii) policymakers
1.Further develop the interdisciplinary team
2.Conduct a stakeholder mapping and engagement exercise
3.Conduct a scoping review of the international literature
4.Conduct a systematic prioritisation exercise
5.Translate the generated priority areas into tractable research questions
6.Develop tractable research questions into new grant applications
This NIHR Team Science award is accelerating our goal to deliver this information as a critical early output, prior to new grant leverage, with the aim of meeting health and social care needs, addressing diversity and inequality, and ensuring more efficient and effective care.
