Models of Care for people living with Multiple Long-Term Conditions
Research priority setting
Our inclusion of patients, the public, healthcare professionals, and policy makers will ensure that the proposed work will benefit the recipients.
We have constructed a database of who is involved in developing, delivering and implementing models of care for people living with MLTC across the four UK nations. We are engaging with key individuals and representatives to understand where they do this and what resources they require.
We organise bespoke workshops and engage with the attendees of relevant conferences to support this work.
The research team recognises variability in the internal cultures within organisations, therefore stakeholders provide insight into how these factors can influence models of care.
Stakeholders attend planning meetings and review study proposals, materials and outputs.
