14 December 2022| Perspectives on A Level English – a NATE survey For all post-16 English teachers It is now 7 years since new A Level English specifications were introduced and NATE is keen to find out about how teachers feel about these specifications. NATE also continues to be deeply concerned with the decline in A Level English entry and is keen to get the views of post-16 practitioners to explore some of the possible reasons for this. In this survey, we would like to hear your views on the A Level subjects you teach as well as how you have been supported by the awarding body. This is a qualitative piece of research and will require some time to reflect and respond to the questions asked. We estimate that the questionnaire can be done in 15-20 minutes, but will take longer if you feel able to respond in more detail about your experience of the specifications.
