Shelmith Ndungu is a Post-Doctoral Research associate in the department of Psychology at the University of Exeter. My research focuses on the multiple ways conflict fosters adversity. Currently I am interested in understanding the pathways through which conflict drives violence against women and girls and poor mental health in Sub Saharan Africa.
