Congratulations are in order for SPHERE’s Neil Adger who has been elected a Fellow of the British Academy. The national body for the humanities and social sciences acts as a fellowship of 1,700 world-leading distinguished scholars elected by their peers. It is also a major funding provider for academic research, and a forum for public debate and policy advice.
Neil’s interests lay in the economic and social dynamics of climate change and sustainability and he is currently working on the Evaluating community interventions to maximise health and wellbeing impacts of anticipatory climate change adaptations project.
